I asked AI about it and it said it's a tumor caused by periodontitis. Last night I opened my mouth and shined a flashlight inside, and there was a white spot. I asked AI if this was an oral ulcer, and AI said it's an acute exacerbation of chronic apical periodontitis and told me to see a doctor right away. This happened because I cracked a sunflower seed, and no matter how much water I drink, it won't get better. Today I still feel pain, and I hope the doctor can treat it well today.
